KNI Grades
How does KNI score a supplement?
Every ingredient is scored on the same 100-point, five-axis rubric, and the full methodology is public. Grades run S, A, B and C. The governing rule is that only what is disclosed and evidenced counts: a product withholding purity, dose or test results cannot reach a top grade.

What does each axis check, ingredient by ingredient?
The weighted axes apply identically to every ingredient, but what verifies each axis differs by ingredient. Purity means creatinine ppm for creatine and β-isomer HPLC testing for NMN. Below is every check currently in force.

Operating principles
- 1The full weighting and methodology are published.
- 2All figures come from official retailer listings and published test reports (COAs), with the data date stated.
- 3Products are re-scored quarterly; when a grade changes, the reason is published.
- 4Advertising and affiliate arrangements play no part in grading. Weights and cut-offs are published before any product is scored.
- 5Named comparisons are limited to overseas brands. Domestically distributed products are not graded by name; they appear as a category.
- 6The lowest, unverifiable tier (grade C) appears as a category rather than by name.
