Editorial policy
1. No unsourced claims
Every statement about efficacy, quality, or safety must cite a source in this site's study database. Sources outside the database are not cited.
2. Both sides shown
Where evidence is mixed (e.g., creatine and cognition), positive and negative findings are presented together.
3. Regulated phrasing
No disease prevention/treatment claims, no drug-like phrasing, no '100% guaranteed'. Efficacy statements are capped at 'may help' level, per Korean labeling/advertising law.
4. Regulatory notices
Ingredients not approved in Korea (NMN) carry a notice of that status and distribution route on all related pages.
5. Editorial independence
Advertising and affiliate arrangements play no part in grading. Weights and cut-offs are published before any product is scored.
6. Corrections
Errors are corrected promptly; significant corrections leave a visible note. All core pages show a last-reviewed date.
